- ECONOMIC RESEARCH SERVICES. CABER’s economic analysis expertise can be used to guide decision-making by business and community leaders, government agencies, and policy makers.
- Custom Forecasting and Scenario Analysis. CABER provides long-range and short-range forecasts for businesses agencies and communities. CABER can design, produce and up-date custom periodic economic outlook presentations on national, state and local economies.
- Custom Economic Growth and Development Analysis. CABER provides research and analysis of issues related to local, state and regional economic growth and strategic development.
- Custom Tax, Budgeting and Financial Analysis. CABER provides research and analysis of taxes, budgeting and finance issues facing businesses, agencies and communities.

- Personnel. CABER’s Directors have compiled an exceptional record of experience in forecasting, economic analysis, and economic impact studies over the past 35 years. In addition, as the need arises on particular projects, CABER draws on the faculty and professional staff of the Lerner College of Economics and Business whose expertise spans a wide spectrum of business and economic issues from capital budgeting and tax analysis to sports management to hotel and restaurant issues.
- Data. CABER provides economic data and information to public and private institutions, businesses and the community. CABER has access to, and can provide analysis based on, economic and financial data at the local, state, national and international levels through proprietary on-line databases.
- Research tools. CABER personnel use the most up-to-date computer-based research and analysis tools and software including those of the state-of-the art Exelon Trading Laboratory located in the Lerner College.
