Faculty Involvement
The formal assurance of learning process in the Lerner College involves program goals, measures, outcomes and “closing the loop.” These are essential steps, but important improvements in learning also come from the day-to-day actions of faculty. Some of these actions are directly related to program learning goals, while others are not linked to a specific goal but are consistent with the overall objective of enhancing student learning. The following faculty input comes from surveys completed during the Fall 2009 and 2010 semesters.
