"The success that we have enjoyed to date at Outback Steakhouse Inc. is because we understand that this business is about people," says Allen. "We surround ourselves with people who are talented and value the contributions of others in the organization. We are a team with many people contributing and my role is to direct them and stay out of their way."
"In the spirit of our founders - Chris Sullivan, Bob Basham and Tim Gannon - we remain disciplined to building Outback Steakhouse Inc. one restaurant at a time. Through their efforts, they built the foundation to operate and grow a multi-brand casual dining company by cultivating a lot of energetic, intelligent and dedicated people."
Allen enjoys people and is someone who genuinely loves the restaurant industry because of the clients and his partners. "They enjoy the opportunity to take care of people and they go out of their way to do extraordinary things for people. No one will try harder than we will to make sure that your evening is exciting and memorable."
