Operations Management Major
"Operations Makes the Products and Provides the Services"
Operations Management is all about the transformation of raw materials, labor and capital into final production and/or services. The balance between supply and demand, the gap between potential and existing efficiency and capability, quality improvement - are all weighed on the Operations Management (OM) road. OM majors have careers as operations analysts, quality managers, schedulers and planners, and inventory managers.
