The Department of Accounting and MIS is a highly diverse department, with faculty producing high quality research in publications and in the top academic journals.  The majority of the Accounting & MIS faculty hold Ph.D.s and certification in public accounting and/or managerial and IS areas.  Accounting & MIS faculty bring in distinguished guest lecturers and professionals from firms and companies to speak on topics of interest to students.
