Venka Pyle, a native of Oslo, Norway, has nearly 10 years of experience in fine dining as owner/operator of two restaurants. Her hands-on experience included working as maître d’, bartender, server and beverage manager. As a business manager, Venka was responsible for staff training, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, tax preparations and cash flow management. Venka has a Master's degree in Business & Economics from The Norwegian School of Management (BI), with specialization in international business and logistics.
