Lerner Computing Center

The Lerner Computing Center, located on the lower level of Purnell Hall is comprised of three computing classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with desktop computers and monitors for student use. The center's purpose is to provide students with access to educational applications and technologies essential to understanding and achieving the objectives and goals of the business college curriculum.

Fall and Spring Semesters

Summer and Winter Sessions
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
The center is closed during Spring and Fall Breaks, including: Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, & other University Holidays as listed on the UD calendar. For general help contact the Lerner Computing Center by email at lerner-consult@udel.edu.

Software

The Lerner Computing Center offers more than 40 various software applications, programs, and packages. Our Computing Assistants can help you with general questions regarding software and the operation of the computer. Manuals are available for some applications and may be obtained from the Help Desk for use while visiting the center. The Net Op classroom management software is now available in each of the Lerner computing labs. The Lerner College is home to a state-of-the-art financial trading facility, the $1.4 million student-led Blue Hen Investment Fund, a student-managed restaurant and hotel, a high-technology development center of a global bank and a start-up experience for students with new business ideas.
