Middle and upper management are responsible for planning and implementing policies and programs to accomplish strategic goals within the firm.  Our program will help you prepare to translate strategic goals into operational plans, and to work with and through people to get those plans adopted and implemented.  Your personal development will emphasize thinking of yourself as a change agent, and will involve developing your skills in leadership, interpersonal influence, teambuilding, and collaboration.  Because ethical conduct is essential to successful organizational development, it is at the core of our educational model.
