Senior Checkout

ATTENTION: Spring 2010 AND Summer 2010 GRADUATES

This is the official process necessary for you to notify the Lerner College of Business and Economics of your intentions to graduate in the Spring 2010 or Summer of 2010.
Please follow the following instructions to complete your senior check out:

-Download and print your “Check Sheet” and  two copies of the “Courses-in-Progress Form”.
-Complete all forms in black or blue ink.
-Please check your catalog year to determine which version of the check sheet you will complete. For example, if you entered UD in the fall 2006, you would complete the check sheet that corresponds to fall 2006. You will also need to complete two identical copies of the “Courses-in-Progress Form.”
-Submit all three forms to your faculty advisor for his/her signature by Friday, October 9th.

For students majoring in Economics: Dr. Harris or Ms. Craig of the Economics Department will review your checkout with you and you will return the forms to Undergraduate Advising in 102 Purnell Hall.

TIPS !!

Give your faculty advisor your senior checkout by Friday, October 9 for his/her review and signature. (Now is not too early to start your Senior Checkout.) You can get a free copy of your transcript via UDSIS. This will allow your forms to be checked before you register for spring on November 19th.

Please note: The Discovery Learning Experience requirement (DLE) is not required for students that began their degree in fall 2005, winter 2006, spring 2006 and summer 2006. The DLE is required for students that began in and after fall 2006. Please visit www.ugs.udel.edu/DLE for more information.
