Senior Checkout

This is the official process necessary for you to notify the Lerner College of Business and Economics of your intentions to graduate in the Spring of 2011 or the Summer of 2011.

Please follow the following instructions to complete your senior check out:

• Follow the links in this sentence to download and print your major(s)“Check Sheet,” two copies of the “Courses-in-Progress Form” and the “University Requirements Check Sheet.”  (Check your catalog year to determine which version of the check sheet you will complete. For example, if you entered UD in the fall 2006, you would complete the check sheet that corresponds to fall 2006.) If you are an HRIM major, please use this "HRIM Courses-in-Progress Form".
• Complete all forms in black or blue ink.
• Submit one completed copy of each of the courses in progress form, the major check-sheet(s), and the University Requirements Check Sheet to your faculty advisor for his/her signature by Friday, September 17th. You should keep one completed copy of the courses in progress form for your records.
