Michael S. Geltzeiler is Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of NYSE Euronext. He joined NYSE Euronext in June 2008 and is also a member of the Management Committee. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury and investor relations. NYSE Euronext operates the world’s leading and most liquid exchange group. Its family of exchanges, located in six countries, includes the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext, Liffe, and NYSE Arca Options.

Neil H. Shah is President and Chief Operating Officer of Hersha Hospitality Trust. Shah leads Hersha's active hotel acquisitions, development and asset management program. Across the last ten years, Mr. Shah has been instrumental in the acquisition of over $1 billion of hotel real estate. Prior to joining Hersha in 2000, Mr. Shah served as a Director and Consultant with The Advisory Board Company and the Corporate Executive Board.
