Mr. Louie Freeh
Senior Managing Partner, Freeh Group International

Judge Freeh served as FBI Director from 1993 to 2001. From 1991 to 1993 he served as a United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. In 1983, he joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as an Assistant United States Attorney. Subsequently he held positions there as Chief of the Organized Crime Unit, Associate United States Attorney and Deputy United States Attorney.

Mr. J Erik Fyrwald
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Nalco Company

J. Erik Fyrwald joined Nalco as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Fyrwald served as Group Vice President of the Agriculture and Nutrition division at DuPont. From 2000 until 2003 he was Vice President and General Manager of DuPont’s Nutrition and Health business. , Mr. Fyrwald serves as a Director of Eli Lilly and Company, the Society of Chemical Industry and the American Chemistry Council.

Mr. Bruce Hammonds
Former President, Bank of America

Bruce Hammonds was formerly president of Bank of America Global Card Services, prior to his retirement December 31, 2008.As president of Global Card Services, Hammonds managed the largest credit card portfolio in the United States, serving more than 70 million customers in that portfolio. Hammonds joined Bank of America in January 2006 after serving as president and chief executive officer of the MBNA Corporation.

Mr. John Cochran
Former COO, MBNA Corporation

John Cochran started his financial career in 1973 in credit card banking and was a senior member of the management team that established MBNA in 1982. He was the chief operating officer of MBNA Corporation and chairman and chief executive officer of its principal subsidiary, MBNA America Bank. As head of business development at MBNA for more than 20 years, Mr. Cochran was responsible for gaining the endorsement of nearly 5,000 organizations, ranging from the National Education Association and Ducks Unlimited to NASCAR and Merrill Lynch. MBNA merged with Bank of America in January 2006. He retired from the bank in February 2008.

 

Mr. Ken Boehl
Former Sr. Executive, MBNA

Ken Boehl began his career in 1976 in the Management Development Program in Maryland National Bank’s Consumer Banking Division. In 1977, Mr. Boehl joined the Audit Division of Maryland National Corporation as a staff auditor. In 1985, he was named the Corporate Auditor of Maryland National Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Boehl joined MBNA in 1988 where he held various executive positions in Audit, Compliance, Corporate Operations and Fulfillment, Facilities, Finance, Health and Safety, Information Security, Personnel, Portfolio Risk Management, Process Re-engineering, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Planning.

Ms. Ellen Kullman
CEO, DuPont

Ellen J. Kullman, 52, is chief executive officer of DuPont. Ellen is the 19th executive to lead the company in more than 205 years of DuPont History. She became president on Oct. 1, 2008, and CEO on Jan.1, 2009. Prior to her appointment as DuPont president and CEO she served as executive vice president and a member of the company's office of the chief executive.
